Its origin was an alchemical process, similar to the purity emanating from mezcal, an essence that carries within the land of various destinations and many untold legends.

Every good story requires an exploration phase, TRAVESÍA begins with the dream of creating something that would make us proud. Our passion for mezcal evolved over the years: from being avid tasters — more for pleasure than for work — to the desire to create, produce and visualize our own legendary drink, with our ideas, touch, and impetus.

Even in our wildest dreams, we never thought we would have the bonds with the people and destinations who are a fundamental part of TRAVESÍA Today. In our production house, we met by fate, but our connection was pure magic. There is something about this drink that unites stories and destinations, and we firmly believe it.

Our journey to creating this mezcal has made us go through our country's southeast, central, and southern zones. We mainly produce in our Puebla and Oaxaca palenques (Distilleries), and we are also passionate about discovering and creating new mezcals from other parts of the country too. Therefore, TRAVESÍA is a free and pure spirit closely related to lovers of magical corners and fortuitous human relationships.
